Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating all aspects of special events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow up. This includes managing communications with the client, developing event logistics plans, overseeing vendors and staff during the event, ensuring quality control in event execution, creating invoices/estimates for services provided and creating reports about successful outcomes. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Server/Waiter
The Server/Waiter is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests at our catered events. This role involves setting up and breaking down buffet or plated meals, refilling drinks when necessary, helping with serving food where appropriate, ensuring that all dishes are cleared from the tables in a timely manner, taking orders from customers if needed, and being available to answer any questions about menu items. The Server/Waiter will help create an enjoyable dining experience for our valued customers.
